Our easy paced run will be passing through some of the most scenic and historical parts of Valletta. We'll be taking an unconventional route around the city, including some coastal sections which even most locals have not yet explored. While our 6km jog will involve plenty of stairs and some hills, we are in no rush and will be moving at a pace comfortable for the slowest member of the group. We are happy to walk during any sections you may find challenging and we'll also have ample time to stop to take photos (plenty of beautiful spots en-route!). I love the outdoors. I am the founder of my own Adventure Training company which has taken me around the globe with many wonderful people. I have explored the highest regions of the Andes, taken part in 11 major mountain expeditions to Africa, walked across three countries and have recently taken up running marathons abroad. I have studied Fitness with one of the UK’s leading Fitness schools and I love little more than spending an active day out with others.
You will be running past many historical buildings and popular attractions, coupled with breathtaking city views across the harbour from both high on the bastions and little known coastal trails on the water's edge.

Our jog should take anywhere between 45-60 minutes, depending on the size and pace of the group. Please note that a short section will be over rocky, uneven ground. We will go ahead rain or shine!
