I will be happy to meet you who come to explore Vietnam and let magic happen over a cup of coffee! Have you ever smelled green coffee beans? How to make your daily coffee? What affects the flavor of your cup of coffee? Kit’s informative workshop will give you the opportunity to get hands on with the farm-to-cup process; learn about our green beans sourcing; discover coffee’s flavors because there’s more to coffee than just bitterness. Last but not least, you will learn how to choose and brew a good coffee back home while we enjoy a good talk and of course, taste our coffees along the way. She'll showcase her passion for delicious coffee and celebrate its capacity to always bring people together. We love this industry and are so excited to share a piece of the Third Wave’s outstanding coffee scene. We invite you to get caffeinated, learn about our passion, ask questions, and leave inspired to drink better coffee everyday.
I’m your local coffee brewer in Danang, and so excited to share time with you. During my global exploration, I feel so attached with culture differences. And through coffee, I’ve been connected to fantastic people and cultures. I founded Congkopi to share my passion for coffee and to create the perfect hands-on experience to learn about coffee beans, as I believe that coffee has the magic to connect everyone. During the past 2 years, I see that ideas flow and strangers break the ice. I'm proud of the space we've created and thrilled to share experience and perspective about coffee with you!
We will meet up at Congkopi Specialty Coffee and Roastery in Da Nang, at 92 Bach Dang St. When we designed our space, we tried to reduce everything to create more room for interaction between people and set a clear focus on transparency in coffee. Specialty Coffee is about exploration and experimentation to find what is best for you. So take this as your starting point. Good luck with your Coffee Journey! ♥
A lot of desire to have a good time and have a lot of coffee! Please send us a quick note letting us know how you prepare coffee at home: traditional coffee machine, french press, italian moka pot, Pour over equipments, espresso machine
Kindly note our bar will be used to make coffee for other guests during the workshop, some interruptions might be expected. But I will try my best to make the workshop flow as fluently as possible.
