I am happy to welcome you in my home among olive trees & vineyards. My kitchen is big, with a spacious table, fully and simply equipped. We will prepare 2 traditional Tuscan dishes of the area between Florence and Arezzo or tradional italian ones. Dishes vary upon the seasons following heritage recipes as Pappa al pomodoro , Homemade Pizza, Ravioli spinach & ricotta, Tagliatelle Ragu, Vegetarian Tagliatelle, Gnocchi sorrentina, Pici ( Tuscan pasta ), Orecchiette ( South Italy pasta), Typical Tuscan appetizers & seasonal bruschettas, Stewed chicken , Amatriciana sauce, Carbonara sauce, Cacio e Pepe sauce, Tiramisù. I use fresh herbs from my garden and extravergin olive oil from the groves around my home. After cooking, we enjoy the meal together as a family with local Chianti wine . If the weather is nice we can enjoy the food in the garden. You will receive my family recipes so you can cook them again when you are back home and share them with your friends and beloved ones to save them through the time. If you book quite in advance, the menu can be personalized. Send me a message if the date or time you require is not available. Vegetarians are welcomed, menu personalized available for intolerances and allergies or particolary diet restrictions. No celiacs.

I am Francesca, born and raised in Tuscany, and living in my family's country home at the eastern edge of Chianti. I grew up with dishes of my grand grand mother, along with all of the flavors and traditions of all that is typically Tuscan. She taught me traditional recipes passed from generation to generation. I am passionate about genuine and seasonal food, I love conviviality and sharing my knowledge in kitchen . Cooking or eating at my home is a journey in our history, memories, a truly deep experience in our way of living. The cooking class experience is in my family home, in the countryside of Tuscany. They will have access to house, the olive grove and vineyards with view on the whole Valdarno valley. My home is in a central position between Siena Firenze and Arezzo.
