We will meet at the Brighton I360 (beach side) at the shop entrance (right side when you have the back to the sea) for a brief. I will also explain what this tour is about, introduce myself and do a warm up. We will run (at a very gentle pace) and dance along the streets of Brighton and will enjoy the sea and sights while working out at the same time and have some fun. Please note that the music volume will be adjusted, depending on where we are running (open spaces vs residential areas). The music is varied and has everything from the 80ies to contemporary dance and party music and even Eurovision for the fans :D On the way we stop for photo stops and water breaks but especially dancing breaks. After this tour you will go home with many memories of Brighton and a feel good vibe :) Our rancing tour will end in the city centre and the location varies depending on where we go as each tour is different. This activity is running in any kind of weather.

Come and join me for a great and enjoyable activity where we explore the city of Brighton in a unique and incredibly fun way. We run and make stops to dance through the streets of this vibrant coastal city (dress ups are recommended), relax ourselves and leave all stress and worries behind while exploring the sights. Guests need to be able to run & dance maximum 5 km (at a very gentle pace). It is possible to walk; the level is adjusted to the group as a whole. You are always welcome to make suggestions as we go.
