Soup curry is Soul food for Hokkaido people.
Let’s try Cooking Soup curry together and Learning how to cook,Histry and culture about it.
Also We will use Vegetable of Hokkaido as use as possible.
First of all,Please come to Meeting Place(Mezamashi Sandwich Cafe)Wear the apron and Introduction eachother,
And We start cooking,Cut the vegetables,Makeing soup. etc.
After finish all,Let’s eat together！then I explain about Soup curry history and culture.
Finally,Take commemorative photo together and Give you recipe of Soup curry.

I’ve started running Guest house in Sapporo since 2014.
I've liked eating soup curry and total about 50 soup curry always i ate every year.
Of course cook it by myself as well!
