In Thessaloniki’s seafront, I give you the opportunity to participate in some organized programs of outdoor fitness, in the natural environment, combine exercise and sightseeing in the city’ s most famous open space! A typical workout starts with warm-up exercises to get the body ready while soaking up the sun and the stunning view! Then we'll walk or run to the Music Hall, along Thessaloniki’s seafront and make stops for a workout combination of trx, body weight exercises and functional training. If that’s not enough or if someone has some more energy left, we'll return to our starting point running. In any other case we'll go back to where we started walking while I'll be sharing some information about the City of Thessaloniki.
I’m Alex, based in Thessaloniki. Being a nature & outdoor fitness lover and a happy life enthusiast, I've always felt people’s need to escape from their everyday life in enclosed spaces. So, I’ve decided to provide a new experience in outdoor fitness and leisure. I’m a certified personal-group trainer and a basketball coach, a holder of M.Sc. in “Kinesiology” and a Ph.D. in “Physical Activity & Quality of Life.” Let's have fun getting fit together in an ultimate outdoor fitness experience!

Fitness Equipment and Yoga Mats
Our meeting point is the most iconic landmark of the city, the White Tower. If you choose a Yoga or Pilates session, we’ll make a stop in The Garden of Sound and get started in a harmonious natural environment. For a higher intensity program we’ll run or cycle along the seafront and make stops in the Sound and Water Gardens for TRX-Body Workout. Then we’ll run to the Music Hall for a functional training with breathtaking views of Mt Olympus.
