Come hungry and ready to experience how to make ramen noodles in the heart of the historic Mission neighborhood! During this two-hour interactive dining experience, I will show you how easy it is to make ramen noodles from scratch using my own personal recipe! Then, we'll combine this with a delicious bowl of either Tonkotsu (pork bone) or vegetarian broth that was prepped earlier in the day. This two-hour event includes the pot sticker (gyoza) appetizer, ramen and mochi as a full three-course meal.
I'm a formally trained ramen chef at the International Ramen School in Yokohama, Japan. I took to ramen's simple ingredients and robust flavor. It's my favorite dish from all my travels and a staple of San Francisco's Japanese and Chinese communities. It's surprisingly easy to make, so I am eager to share this thousand-year-old culture with other foodies.

We conduct our hands-on cooking experience at our restaurant space in the heart of the Lower Mission/Calle 24 district, a colorful cultural neighborhood featuring endless distinctive murals within the block. Mission is also the culinary hotspot of the city. We are one block away from 24th / Mission BART.
