Hi there, my name is Bertrand, twenty years ago, I arrived to Cadiz and, immediately, felt in love of this amazing part of Andalusia, to me, a piece of paradise. To fall in love with Cadiz means to fall in love with its history, culture, local life and, of course, its amazing wines and gastronomy. Having worked in the world of antiques a large part of my life and the cooperation over the last decade with some of the most remarkable Bodegas of the Sherry Triangle are the origin of this experience where two of my passions come across: history and sherry.
