After only ONE class, you'll be able to cook stunning, restaurant-quality meals with little effort. That's the magic of Sous Vide! (1) We'll start the class by having a few drinks and covering the basics: vacuum sealing meats & proper temperatures/times to use for cooking. We'll show how you can transform a tough cut of meat into something tender and amazing. (2) After several bites, we'll go over other food you can prepare using Sous Vide like vegetables, infused cocktails, yogurt, fermented products, desserts, and more. (3) Finally, (and most importantly!) we'll cover the science of bacterial pasteurization & proper use so you can be sure you're cooking 100% safe-to-eat foods. Don't worry -- just in case you're too busy eating all of the delicious prepared bites, we've made some material for you to take home that has all of our Sous Vide tips & tricks.

We'll enjoy food and drinks at a warm, spacious condo in the West Loop. The condo is on the 2nd floor of a mid-rise building without an elevator -- stairs-access only. There is also a large balcony to step out to and enjoy a few drinks.
