We might be swimmig/walking on the water (optional), jumping, running on the sand, wear clothes that allow you to move and be sandy too. All that are optional. Sun protection is a must.

We will start with a little shot of coffee (optional for morning classes only), just on the outside of the market. Then jog or walk ​a block to start with the warm ​u​​p for the workout.
