-I´ll show you ingredients from traditional Basque gastronomy and we will locate them geographically in the territory of the seven Basque provinces, so you can tour the Basque Country through its gastronomic culture. -We will cook and taste 6 of the most famous Pintxos of San Sebastián´s bars, while I tell you their stories, secrets and tips so you can cook like a local chef. They will be 6 bite "Basque tapas" that will include local ingredients as fish, pork, cheese, eggs, dairy products and vegetables. Dessert will include the original recipe of "the best Cheesecake in the World", from "La Viña" bar. It is possible to adapt the 6 pintxos for vegetarians, but because most of the ingredients in our culture are of animal origin, it is not a course suitable for vegans. Sorry. -We will set up a little stand with different props for you to take beautiful photographs of the Pintxos you've prepared, so you can share your experience and new knowledge with family and friends. Hello! I´m Lander; born, raised and living San Sebastián´s cooking through my grandma´s kitchen. This love for food, my studies in Basque cooking and amazing experiences on the road made me a chef. I want to share with you my passion, enjoy cooking together, exploring new ingredients, techniques and traditional Basque cuisine. I´ve cooked in the best local Michelin starred restaurants as Arzak, Alameda. I´ve also given classes at cooking schools as Basque Culinary Center, Aiala or in TV for Masterchef. On my trips around the world I've also taught Basque cooking in Japan, Perú, India, G.B.

-Each student will receive copies with the recipes made, besides a list of "where and what to eat in San Sebastián".
-The experience will take place at my Studio, where I habitually do my cooking research labor and gastronomic photography. This is a unique, private place where very few people can get access.
