We will meet on 38th street and the beach where the set up for the practice will be all ready. The shala will be the nature and the music the ocean. Will start with a 5-10 minutes guided meditation, conscious breathing activation, and intention settings. Will then follow with gentle stretches to wake up the body and get it ready for the practice ahead. The yoga practice can go from a slow and smooth flow to a challenging, active and sweaty practice (you choose!), and can last from 45 minutes to 1 hour. Following the practice you will get to experience a very relaxing savasana that will include physical adjustments & aromatherapy. The session will end with another short guided meditation. Enjoy some tea and fresh fruit afterwards.
