If you don’t have a car you can get the bus next to the central train station in Florence and I will pick you up at the bus stop in Tavarnuzze, just ten minutes away where I live. On the way to my house we will make a stop at local farmer/vegetables grower where we will get to pick up vegetables directly from his green garden: there isn’t any fresher ingredients we could use to cook with!!! Together we will make handmade pasta, using our herbs from the garden and our own extravergin olive oil. We will also learn how to use different pasta shapes (tagliatelle, ravioli). I’ll teach you how to prepare the pizza dough and how to have many different recipes from this versatile dough. We'll prepare a complete menu including appetizers, pasta, main course, side dishes and dessert and sip some good local wine! And if the weather allows… we will enjoy the meal we have prepared in the morning outside in the garden overlooking vineyards and olive trees surrounded by Chianti nature The experience lasts about 4 hours.
I started to cook since…. long time ago! I was very young when looking at my grandma making fresh pasta and cooking every day my passion for tuscan traditional recipes was growing up day by day… and now I’m here eager to teach all my tips and recipes to friends and friends of my friends. I’ve been doing cooking classes for more then 10 years at a local winery being the resident chef…

You will be in the middle of Chianti Classico area and we will stay in my hayloft surrounded by olive trees and vineyards looking at our beautiful landscape
