this is the first time i am writing a review as this will help people like me who can't find the right fitness experience and the right instructor. well, dat's workout was beyond my expectations: spiritual, fun, and fulfilling—all in one. if you are looking for a proper workout and meet with new (kind) people, you can stop scrolling now.

Well worth the price! Host has amazing knowledge on body weight training that puts your body to the test. Bring your water and mat and energy(sleep well the night before) your body will get a workout it needs! Finished with a nice stretch. Absolutely perfect!

My experience was amazing. I work out on and off and decided to sign up this interactive, group session. I was completely satisfied with the outcome. Dat is extremely motivating and all around great guy. The work outs were intense but in the best way. Definitely sign up for the session. 100% worth it.

Great location looking onto the beach. The instructor was super knowledgeable and it was a great 90 min hiit workout that got me moving! Everyone was super fun and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a great workout!

This workout will kick your ass, but well worth it. That burger with fries will be well earned after this workout lol. Dat is a solid trainer and he makes sure your form is correct while doing the workouts. The vibe in the group is super chill too.

Beautiful location, fun crowd, and a ton of value - what else could you want? Dat is passionate about health and fitness and knows how to get the crowd motivated to work hard and have fun too! The abs session and yoga flow at the end were a perfect way to wrap the class as it was a beautiful day by the beach :) highly recommended for anyone looking to change up their routine, take on a new challenge, and make new friends!
