You will be welcomed warmly with quick refreshments of tea/water before taking to the mat for 90 mins of Kundalini Yoga. When you book the experience I will message you to ask if you want to work on any specific problem/solution. I can create the class to suit individual/group needs with meditations and exercises to suit. We will start with gentle warm-ups before going into a Kriya (set of exercises) followed by deep relaxation and meditations.
Sat Nam, my name is Lisa. I have been teaching and practicing Kundalini Yoga for over 10 years, hosting a space dedicated to nurturing mind, body, soul balance. Im committed to a lifestyle of conscious personal development, exploring many disciplines . I lead Shamanic journeys, offer reiki and massage, life coaching and card readings plus focus on tantric techniques. For 13 years I was a senior Business Manager, and as a child I had very challenging life experiences. This led to 2 nervouś breakdowns in my 20s which gave me first hand experience of self healing. I now specialise in stress and anxiety management and life coaching, tantra and conscious communication and Yoga classes.
