I am the founder of the multi-ethnic restaurant Gustamundo, which welcomes 15 chefs from different ethnic groups and countries, all political refugees and asylum seekers. Gustamundo, in addition to the high quality of its ethnic cuisine, (Certificate of Excellence 2019 for Trip Advisor) aims to be a project of inclusion and integration through cuisine and food. I believe in legality and work and social inclusion, which is why I invested in the creation of this restaurant exclusively run by migrant cooks in their countries. The Gustamundo project also provides training for the world of work, which is why part of the proceeds from the collections is destined for the migrants themselves to contribute to their professional, cultural and social inclusion and in some cases to family reunification projects.
THE KITCHENS OF THE WORLD IN A SINGLE RESTAURANT
The place they will visit will be the home of the multi-ethnic GUSTAMUNDO restaurant, which is 2 metro stops from the Vatican.
We have dishes from 15 different countries, all prepared in full respect of the cuisine of origin in times, methods and cooking. Each chef chooses his own ingredients and prepares the recipe as he used to do in the country of origin in total fidelity with his own origin.
