This mindful/healing experience will be 1 1/2 hours - Your experience begins from the moment you arrive. When people arrive at my home, they will be welcomed and brought to my backyard which is kinda woodsy with a big pool with music playing - and enjoy some relaxation tea while waiting for everyone to arrive. Then everyone will take a seat on cushions in an area I have set up for them and we will begin by me first introducing myself and then the guest, and I will get a sense of the energy I'm with to customize experience to the group and then I will talk a little about what mindfulness is and how you cannot do anything wrong in this experience - they will feel at ease and have full experience whether they are beginners or long-time practicing meditators. If you are open to it - I will do some energy healing. What we do and what you learn you will be able to take with you and practice on their own. I will take questions and then once we are all set - I will lead the group through a guided healing meditation approximately 30 minutes long. After, you will have the opportunity to ask me any questions or share what you experienced - and close - Each person will go home an essential oil spray.

I've created and led many classes, retreats and empowerment workshops for men and women for over 20 years. I was inspired to create an Airbnb experience because I have really enjoyed the ones I have done while traveling. No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring socks if your feet get cold - no shoes are allowed on meditation area. Do not worry if you cannot sit for 30 minutes, you can lay down.
