I have lived in Paris for more than 20 years and am a long time runner. You would be amazed on the number of parisian going for a jogg in the very early morning before going to work. It is a perfect time to enjoy the city sights almost alone, see the sun rise and start your day energized. No worry I will adapt pace and distance to your needs and physical condition.
