活動內容

We will practice hatha yoga, which is calming, gentle and supportive form of yoga in beautiful and quite Milna bay. Class is made for all levels and yoga mats are provided. We will practice on a concrete platform just by sea.

I am founder of non- profit ecology association Islomania – Vis, also I am passionate ecologist, nature and animal lover. I enjoy water sports: windsurfing, surfing and paddle boarding. I started practicing yoga 20 years ago and I accomplished 200 hours teacher traning. I love Sea and Yoga.

Islomania is a non-profit association for people who are in love with sea and islands. Islomania association educates and prepares its members for skills required to enjoy recreational activities. It organizes courses, presentations, excibitions and workshops in order to promote ecology awareness, environmental protection, cultural heritage, renewable energy sources and, above all, healthy living.
