Hi, my name is Ceci, a full-time housewife and grew up in a traditional Guangdong family. My mum taught me a lot of cooking skill, choose fresh ingredients and match any healthy nutrition. In my university life in Beijing, I learned more for northern China traditional dishes. In my class, will have organic vegetables but seasoning such as MSG or chicken powder do never. Make sure to bring the most original Chinese dishes for you. If you are a vegetarian or gletun free, please let me know in advance and let me provide you with a most suitable menu and best matching you needed.
Full kitchen set will be provided, just attend the class with your camera if needed.
Firstly we will meet at Shau Kei Wan MTR station at 9am. And then we will move to Kam Wah Street wet market. Finally we will go back to my apartment in Chai Wan.
