Join us for this beautiful and relaxing experience. I will meet you in Sunshine Baja a beautiful and magical studio in San Jose del Cabo, 5 minutes away from downtown. There you will find everything you need to have a great yoga session. We will start the day with a 75 minutes yoga session, pranayama and relaxation. We will have a thoughtful, self awareness, body movement and restorative practice. ALL levels are welcome, there is no prior yoga experience needed. At the end of the practice we will have a invigorating and energizing tea, followed by a delicious and nutritive breakfast. Mostly super foods and vegan options, so you can continue to feel light and balanced during your day. You can decide to stay on sunshine baja for a couple of hours and enjoy of this beautiful place. We have a pool and a big patio. It's a perfect way to start the day and relax, come and enjoy a healthy moment of peace.
Hi my name is Paulina. I'm really passionate about yoga. I started doing yoga since I was 18 years old, it took me 6 years to left fashion design to become a yogi and live on the beach. I got my first Yoga certification back at 2014, RYT 300 hrs of Hatha Yoga. My second certification was restorative allignment 200 hrs RYT at 2017. I never stop studying and learning. Every year I take yoga courses so I can stay updated. For me its important to help you to feel comfortable and ensure a conscious practice, combining the principles of massage therapy and yoga.

We will have the experience on Sunshine Baja a beautiful and magical studio/community in San Jose del Cabo, 5 minutes away from downtown. On Sunshine Baja we have a a beautiful yoga studio, a pool, big patio, kitchen and tables so we can have a delicious yogi breakfast. This place is home, home for those who want to share a space with beautiful people from all around the world, those who want to celebrate, practice yoga and connect.

We have 2 options. To start at 8 am or 9 am. If you want to go to the pool, remember to bring a towel and swimsuit. Any other snack or drink has extra cost.
