Procidasup is pleased to offer guided tours in the stunning and unique island of Procida (Bay of Naples). SUP is an aquatic sport increasingly developing around the world. We'll perform 1hr pilates class on SUP and 30 minutes strolling around by sup! It is super-easy to learn – acquiring skill It is surprisingly challenging for yourself, your body and your soul. You star strolling around and the more you learn the most you get from it. For all fitness levels – SUP is suitable for those right at the bottom of the fitness pile to those at the peak of their physical ability looking for even world of races around the world. For all ages – you start from the early age to the oldest one. Solitary or social – It is ideal for those looking their own space and time. It is though a great moment to socialize with friends and getting intimate time with parents too. As a complete body workout – it is a cardiovascular fitness levels, core strength, balance, flexibility, toning of arms, legs and torso training method.
I'm a Pilates/Yoga teacher certified in UK. I've lived in London and Barcelona working there as Pilates/Yoga teacher. I've moved to Procida (NA) since 2013 and I've launched SUP(Standing Up Paddling) Pilates/Yoga. You may decide to take either the 1hr Pilates/Yoga class and use the Sup afterwards or exploring the island on Sup by yourself or with me.
