This half a day (3.5 hours) event is created with intention to teach and help you connect with your mind body and spirit. It will allow you to feel refreshed, energized, clearer and powerful. It starts with a 30-45 min easy mindful walk in nature to reach a deeply immersed landscape. Very calmly we begin to use breath working technique and relax the mind. Continuing with a proper session of yoga to train the body and afterwards we have a very healthy brunch together. We will finish with sharing our experiences of life together and start our journey back while maintaining this peaceful state. Come and try it once to get hooked on your new way of life.
I am a yoga teacher and Sufi Dance Instructor and my roots are from the sun and the sea. I am very committed to people and divine and want to touch people's heart to show them the way of satisfaction and happiness. I come from a place where the unique energy of people is very warm and welcoming and my life has been spiritually guided by western (Latin-American) and eastern( Indian and Buddhist) cultures.

I'll meet you at Hezen Cave Hotel and we will walk through the village. There is a specific route to an amazing location in Ürgüp with view over the chimneys and the mountain. Depending on weather for example too much sun or rain the location will be indoor inside a cave, and if the weather is nice it will be outdoor in an open area.
No previous yoga experience is needed. If you have some flexibility or other body limitation just let me know beforehand but no worries. Max group size is for but it can be booked for one person too
