Experience Kundalini yoga and meditation for all levels -- in a private or semi-private session. This ancient practice includes 75 minutes of meditation, breath work, yoga postures, and chanting. Classes are held in a West LA architectural gem with private garden views. Participants must sign a waiver and release of liability at the start of each class. Please arrive at least ten minutes before your session begins. Sessions start promptly on the hour. Late guests will NOT be able to join the session.
