Yoga experiences for individuals and small groups. Sessions will be at a time to suit you, and will last for two hours. You are welcome to book to consecutive slots for a longer session if desired. Classes will take place at my home studio in St. Werburghs, Bristol, which is a fully equipped studio space. The sessions will incorporate both active/dynamic and more restorative practices. You can expect to do uplifting asana (yoga posture) work and breath work, as well as meditation & relaxation with singing bowls (sound healing). I have trained in many different styles of Yoga including alignment-based Hatha Yoga, more dynamic Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga, and Pre and Postnatal Yoga. I draw on all of this training in my teaching, so I can adapt it to suit your needs, and I also incorporate some meditation and chanting. The session will include refreshments afterwards in my tranquil studio and garden. I am happy to offer one-off classes or a course of classes for those wanting to take their learning to a deeper level.
I am an experienced Yoga Teacher with over 1000 hours of training. I have practised Yoga since 2004 and taught since 2009. I have spent many years in India studying and practising & I now teach out of several top Bristol Yoga studios. I am qualified in various forms of yoga from slower Hatha to stronger Vinyasa Yoga, so I can adapt to your needs. I also teach Pre & Post Natal Yoga, Meditation and I lead Chanting and Sound Bath with Tibetan Singing Bowls.
