Takoyaki is a Japanese ball-shaped snack made of a wheat flour-based batter and cooked in a special molded pan. Learn how to make the "Takoyaki"or the"Temakisushi"(hand-rollsushi)^_^ Prepare ingredients for cooking.(cutting or mixing) You will make takoyaki dough or sushi-rice. For takoyaki, we pour the dough and octopas into a molded pan. When takoyaki skin becomes tough enough, it's time to turn over with a long chopsticks. This is the most fun part of cooking!(^O^)／ For temakisushi, take a sheet of seaweed and put some sushi-rice on a seaweed.Then add some ingredients which you like .
