We do better when our thoughts settle - and there's a lot that kicks up the thought dust! I offer small journals and pens if you want the option of writing down what you notice.

需要攜帶的物品:

Consider wearing a sunscreen or a hat, sunglasses and long sleeves.
You'll want comfortable walking shoes that you don't mind getting muddy.
It's helpful to bring your water bottle especially for afternoon walks when it heats up.
I recommend leaving behind shopping bags or purses that could get in your way while walking .
Wear loose clothing you feel comfortable moving around in.
It's always great to bring a snack!
You might want a picture taking device for the beautiful views.
Please dress in layers because rain is always a possibility in the PNW.
I request cell phones be on vibrate until the end of the walk to ensure you can get the most of your experience.

體驗地點

Cathedral park beneath the St. John's bridge runs along the Willamette River before it flows into the Columbia. As a licensed and bonded outdoor guide I look for parks throughout the region that provide a mix of settings and features based on research that shows nature and mindfulness can support health. You might not hear about these places through a tour guide. Check my other listings to mix it up.
