You will be welcomed at the Chef's home as a family, in a typically Neapolitan home. You will have at your disposal all the necessary tools to face a real hands-on Neapolitan cooking lesson. We will start with the preparation of handmade pasta such as gnocchi or tagliatelle or ravioli. It will be exciting as well as interesting to be able to understand the secrets of the success of the dishes prepared having so few hours available finding yourself dirty with flour but happy for the hands in dough! A total of two types of dishes will be prepared (first course and dessert). Between one dish and another, a good local wine will accompany us . At the end of the lesson you will begin to taste all that you prepared with Chef before. Join it!
My name is Giulia, my nickname is CIUCIU. My dad used to call me in this way. In italian language the meaning of this word it means sweet candy :-) I have been involved in this work for many years, I am a Certified Chef. The kitchen is my passion, and that's where I spend hours and hours because even behind a simple dish if you don't put your heart into it and dedication can never become something awesome, delicious; that's how clients define my dishes! My greatest pleasure is to introduce the true Neapolitan cuisine, the typical one, rich in authentic fragrances and flavors through a cooking lesson or simply take a seat in my typical Neapolitan home, and let yourself be swept away by those unmistakable smells of dishes cooked by hands experts, giving the possibility to those who have long since left their city to take a dip in their past
