Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing system that was born in Thailand around 2500 ago. This therapeutic style of massage combines soft tissue manipulation techniques, Indian Ayurvedic principle, assisted yoga postures, breathing and meditation to bring the body into a state of deep relaxation. We will learn and practice the different techniques of Thai yoga massage, which you will be able to use at home. We will learn how to move your client's body with minimal effort and maximum result into many different positions and how to stretch the muscle and relieve the pain. We will practice how to be positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions during the course of the massage, but deep static and rhythmic pressures form the core of the massage. We will learn how to relieve pain, restore muscle balance, and increase flexibility & range of motion and energy in the body. Hi my name is Lenka. I'm a certified yoga teacher and massage therapist with an artistic soul. I'm happy to learn and practice every day, develop my skills, and mix my knowledge into exciting experiences. During my years of intensive training I have developed the skills to approach clients in a gentle way creating a safe space throughout the treatment. I qualified in a thai yoga massage, trained in London with Mudita school and in Thailand in Chiang Mai and also qualified in Cranio-sacral Biodynamic therapy. I have been teaching Thai yoga massage for 8 years and love to pass my knowledge to others. People love my workshops a they also find them very interactive. After the workshop people can bring at home amazing new techniques and skills which they can apply to the partners or family members and help them to fully relax in their bodies!
