I am the chef Andrea, I was born in Tuscany but I live in Turin. With me you will become a true master in homemade pasta. In this experience you will sink your hands in all the dough, cut the dough with a knife and sauté the pasta in the pan as you do in the best Italian tradition. Together we will make traditional piedmont tajarin and agnolotti, tipical tuscan tortelli and pici. Under my guide you will prepare all kinds of pasta, learning the secrets of the best condiments for your fresh pasta recipes. Hi, I'm Andrea, a professional cook and cooking teacher. My passion for cooking was transmitted to me by my uncle, an engineer but a cook in the soul and gourmet without boundaries. In my life I did many things, but in the end I came to my great passion, the kitchen. I cooked in Moscow, in France as a private chef, in restaurants in Tuscany, Marche and Sicily. In the last few years, in Florence, I worked as a cooking teacher in a private university. I love Italian cuisine, but above all I love cooking.

You will eat local and family food, prepared with your own hands also experimenting some professional techniques. Lessons will take place in our welcoming kitchen and dining room, where dinner will be consumed accompanied by Monferrato selected wine.
