I have been practicing yoga and meditation for the past 7 years, and teaching for the past 5 years. I specialize in outdoor yoga, and teach classes here in San Juan, New York and New Jersey. My beach class is a restorative Vinyasa flow with guided meditation that connects your practice to the powerful energy of nature.

Feel the cool sea breeze as you flow, connect to the expansiveness of the ocean, let your breath sync up to the rhythm of the waves. Do a sun salutation the way it was meant to be done - under the sun! It's an amazing way to start the day :) We'll meet up at a local park right on the beach, then set up on the sand for class. 體驗地點

We'll meet at Parque del Indio - a public park right on Ocean Park beach, a favorite area amongst locals. From there we'll set up on the beach for class. We'll practice right on the sand for about 1 hour. Afterwards, the ocean is warm year-round if you want to take a dip! Please be aware this class is held rain or shine.
