Ciao!!! We will introduce each other and drink a glass of wine so as to brake the ice. In the meantime you will be given a white apron and be assigned to a working station. First of all you will make the sauce for your Gnocchi, tomato & basil with top-quality and fresh ingredients. While the sauce is simmering in the the frying-pan you will start "getting dirty" and make the dough with flours, eggs and potatoes. When the dough is ready we will start to create our Gnocchi by creating long and thin "sausages" of pasta and cutting them into small cylinders. After that we will start shaping our gnocchi with the "rigapasta", an essential tool to get the lines on the gnocchi so that the sauce will get stuck on them. Finally we will cook Gnocchi, mix them with the tomato & basil sauce and we will sit together and enjoy our home-made Italian Gnochi. Along the experience you will be offered unlimited wine and drinks so that you won't be thirsty.
I am Francesco the founder of Pinsa, a company that specializes in baked products like pizza, panzerotti, focaccie and more. Before being in this business I was working as a financial analyst in London where I graduated. During my studies I was also producing home-made gnocchi and selling them to restaurants in the London area so as to pay my tuition fees and living costs. My gnocchi were really appreciated as I was using the traditional family recipe handed down by grand-grandmother. In my family in Italy every Sunday morning my brothers, mum and I were making tagliatelle, ravioli and many gnocchi for the joy of everyone.
Guests will eat the Gnocchi they personally made. Additionally along the experience some appetizers will be served.
We will give the guests water, drinks, beer and wine along our course and during the meal.

The experience will be hold in a professional kitchen located at the ground floor of an old building in a beautiful and traditional Padova street.
