Next, we’ll make the Pandan Chiffon Cake, Singapore's most beloved cake, which has been touted as one of the world's best cakes. The highlight of this cake is pandan, made of screwpine leaves, which not only gives it a beautiful fragrance, but also its signature green hue. This light and fluffy cake of Asian origin might look unassuming, but it is light, fluffy, and every bite will definitely leave you wanting more. For the Chilli Crab sauce, we will reveal the secrets of the making of our delicious and tangy chilli crab sauce which is combined with ribbons of egg and served on a bed of crab meat salad. This is one of Singapore’s most well-loved and signature dishes. Finally we will make Ondeh Ondeh, a bite-sized soft and chewy dessert using sweet potato and glutinous rice flour.
