I will give the student a copy of my book, Alive & Well Again. I will share a little about how I got where I am today. Then I will give a brief outline of what we will cover. (We will already have conversed about any special needs the student may have.) We will proceed to go through the various sections of my book starting with 11 foundational teachings needed for returning the body to a healthy balance using charts in my book as well as instructions for food preparation. Hands on time will be in the kitchen for making or growing at least 4 types of living food/drink preparation and growing. If the student(s) have any special needs, they will be addressed. Frequency Healing is a major part as well as fermented foods, traditional Chinese herbs, essential oils and what I call tonic nutrition. The entire class takes 8 hours and it goes non-stop. We will take part of the food preparation class to make a healthy lunch and while we are sitting at the dining table enjoying every bite, we can converse and get to know each other better. I do private classes as well as group classes. If for a group, I have room for 5 students at the counter height dining table.
I grew up learning about natural healing from my parents. At age 30, I experienced major health issues that nearly killed me. With the help of several experts in my town, I learned I had Candida from arsenic poisoning. I dove into natural healing and did not use any man made drugs or procedures to get healed. Over the years I have learned how to heal just about anything naturally and studied with some of the best Chinese herbalists and nutritionists such as Ron Teeguarden, Jake Paul Fratkin, John & Tina Chen and Mark Taylor. I have helped thousands of people and some pets since I started my business in 1997. I am a Candida specialist, which I consider to be at the root of many major imbalances. I love helping people find their imbalances and regain balance and quality of life. I have held classes for many years in my home.

We will conduct our class in my home that took me 2 years to find such a huge kitchen to support an organic living food program. Everything we grow or ship in is either organic or wild. Weather permitting, we can also visit the back yard garden area comprised of wild plants and fruit trees, some are exotic to our area. The goal is to turn all this land into a food forest.
