As your certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, I will apply a research-based framework, which includes following a basic sequence of activities that encourage sensory exploration and contact with the present moment and place. Your Forest Bathing experience will include a combination of sitting in one place and walking at a very decelerated, slower-than-normal pace. We will deliberately slow down and take more time to wander, notice and inquire about the forest and natural environments, and awaken the senses to support healing and wellness through immersion in forests and natural environments. We'll end with a tea ceremony during which we drink tea from local foraged plants and enjoy snacks together.
As a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, I foster deep connections and immersion experiences in the natural world. By facilitating these human – nature connections, I aim to restore balance, increase relaxation, improve mind-body connection, and create a sense of belonging for my participants. Come wander with me and let me guide you through the science based framework of Forest Bathing. You'll leave feeling more relaxed, present, and connected to self and the natural world.
