IN THESE DAYS SOCIAL DISTANCE AND EXERCISE IN OPEN AIR IS REALLY IMPORTANT. SO WE WILL HAVE MINIMUM 2 OR 3 METERS DISTANCE BETWEEN EACH OF US WHILE WE WERE PRACTICING OUR WORKOUT. PHYSCIAL ACTIVITY, SUN TAKING AND OXYGEN INTAKE WILL MAKE OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM BETTER. This workshop is called functional total body training. We will start with 20 mins cardio exercise and will continue with functional & strength training in an interval mode. These exercises help burning fat, shaping your body, having a better mental health & strenghts your muscles including your heart. We will do many exercises like squats, jumping jacks, push ups and crunches . The total workout will be 45 mins and after that we will do some stretching & cool down exercises. You should wear comfortable gym clothes and sport shoes. You will sweat a lot at the end so you can bring a towel , another tshirt or clothes to change your outfit. You can use the public bathrooms for this.
Hello Everyone! I am a fitness/pilates/zumba and swimming instructor since 2010. I have a coaching certificate from Gazi University. I also have many pilates/ zumba/ personal training certificates from different international wellknown instructors like Leslee Bender. I can speak English fluently and don't worry about the language because we will use more body language on this experience.

We will do our workshop in a beautiful public park at Beşiktaş which is called Yahya Kemal Park. It is infront of 5 stars Conrad hotel. You can easily reach there by walking beşiktaş port(seaside) or beşiktaş center. We will meet up at basketball playing area just infront of Conrad hotel. And in different areas of the park we will do cardio & functional total body exercises.
