Getting to know the city's major known and local unknown attractions. We start at Zagreb's main city square, which is the heart of the Croatian state. The tour includes a bit of history, a little exploration, a little adventure in the open market, exploring the cathedral, church and the oldest bakery in Zagreb. Everything is accompanied by anecdotes from the real life of Zagreb. For starters, welcome coffee is waiting for you. You end your tour with a small meal that is a specialty of Zagreb and an antique tea offered at your guide's private home. The peculiarity of this tour is also the enjoyment of "bread with ancient smell". Bread is waiting for you at the bakery you will visit. The bakery has been operating continuously for over a century. Tourists have the option of using a simple mobile app. The application follows the tour and learns 10 Croatian words in a fun way. Just for you the nun opens one beautiful old church with impressive illusionist Baroque painting. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to take the key to the lobby of the monastery. The monastery and the church are otherwise closed to visitors, and my tourists have exclusive access.
I am a licensed guide and architect. I became a guide because my city is so beautiful that I want to present it to people through my eyes. I believe that my tour is so good that I will enchant you so much that you want to come to Croatia and Zagreb again. I was born in Zagreb and my family has lived here for two centuries. I love telling anecdotes that are part of my family and city history. I look forward to meeting people from all over the world and always enjoy with them in a different way experience Zagreb.
Zagreb specialty made from sour milk and bread with ancient smell.
Includes welcome coffee at the open market and antique tea in private home of tourist guide.
The city's open market is always interesting. My guests are amazed when a nun sister opens only to them a beautiful church. Antique tea, everything is old at least one century except a tea leaves. The little bakery we are going to visit has been running since 1910. A small meal will be eaten and served in an intimate atmosphere of specially decorated cuisine.
You need to bring along with you 11 kn for buying food items for a meal. Other costs (bakery, coffee, tea, ...) are my concern. In the case of only one user, that person must have 22 kn.
