In the heart of beautiful countryside, this architect designed building provides a homely stay for holiday maker or business person. The village has its own pub and is located on the geological edge of the Cotswolds with many beautiful walks to be discovered The living space has a very large lounge, good sized bedroom and own bathroom. It has great broadband/wifi meaning you can stay in contact with the World whether on holiday or working It has its own entrance and safe off street parking.

One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby

The Old Dairy is a charming and cosy detached, self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home and sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. It is perfectly located for exploring the Midlands and beyond with good road links. Ideal for couples or singles. Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk.

‘The Annexe’ is a private, modern studio apartment situated above a large garaging area in the secure grounds of Mulberry House and offers accommodation for two to four people. It has a large, light and airy main living area with a double bed and sofa bed (which can be made up to a single or double). This property provides the perfect retreat for a max of four people. Outside there’s a very large pond (practically a lake!), menage and stables. There’s also a Bar area and large private Hot Tub that you will have sole use of. If you are a rider you may bring your horse for a small additional fee.

Myer Bridge Farm Cottage is situated on the A425, one mile out of the market town of Southam. It is a detached two-bedroom cottage that has recently been renovated and refurbished to a very high standard. The Cottage sits immediately adjacent to the Farm House, and is part of a small 40 acre farm with cattle, sheep & poultry. We are on an A road so there is traffic noise. As a working farm, there is animal noise too. The cottage is not suitable for children.

Magical one bedroom woodland retreat

Tucked away in around 5 acres of tranquil pasture and woodland on the outskirts of a small Warwickshire village. The Hoot is a luxury wooden hut for two seeking a little reset time. Hidden within our little wood, (planted by us!) it’s a chance to retreat from the hustle and bustle for a while - watch the pheasants wandering by or if you are lucky you may get a visit from deer and hares too.
