A newly refurbished self contained apartment in a quiet residential area. It has a brand new kitchen and shower-room downstairs and a spacious bedroom and living area upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can be self sufficient during your stay. Tea, coffee, milk, juice and cereals are provided. We are 10 mins drive from the town centre and train station, 15 mins from the M1 and have easy access to A14 and A5. We are also approx. 30 mins from both Silverstone and Milton Keynes.

The Barn is a self contained stone cottage, annexed to our home in the heart of the beautiful village of Moulton, Northamptonshire, (Winner of the Northamptonshire village of the year award 2018). The Barn, which dates back to 1800's, is a cottage bursting with charm and is situated in a conservation area, directly opposite St Peter & St Paul's church. Moulton is a quiet village with a number of pubs and restaurants. There is a supermarket, a post office and petrol station all nearby.

Beautifully restored stone barn in a lovely Northamptonshire village. Orlingbury has been named as one of Northamptonshires top village gems. The Barn is in the grounds of our cottage and has been renovated to a very high standard, retaining it's beautiful beams and restored with oak flooring, marble work surfaces, Fired Earth bathroom, White Company bedding, under floor heating and industrial chrome lighting. There is a great pub and cafe in the village and lovely walks.

A listed (Grade 2) three hundred years old stone farmhouse, our beloved family home for over fifty years. It is in the old part of the village in a half acre garden. 1 hour or less from London, Oxford, Cambridge, Stratford and many stately homes. Ideal for family gatherings, friends' re-unions and for wedding guests. The Space The house is our family home used by us.
