Twechar is situated on the Forth and Clyde canal which is used for cycling, walking and kayaking. There are many walks in and around Twechar itself for instance the Roman Fort and easy access to the Trossachs.

Tin Lid Cottage - cosy ground floor flat

There's 200 years of history in our cosy little cottage. Part of the original village cross and formerly ‘Bab’s Shop’, it is now a fully refurbished one bedroom haven. There's wonderful walks from the doorstep and it's a great base to explore the cities and sights of central Scotland.
