Next door to a world class Gym and only metres away from 10kms of river walks and bike trails. Quiet, safe and peaceful. Air conditioning & heat pump to keep you happy & comfortable all year round. Continental breakfast is provided, and if you are here for a special occasion, let me know and I will pop a bottle of wine in the fridge for you. :-)

Hi and thanks for checking out our little piece of Hamilton gully paradise. Right on the edge of Ranfurly gully, our little apartment is close to everything, offering privacy, peace & a little luxury. Down a long drive, at the end of a cul de sac, you’ll be woken by native bird song, not traffic noise. Hamilton is fortunate to possess a handful of gullies (small valleys carved out by streams) where native birds thrive & bush quietly regenerates. These hidden gems are the green lungs of the city.
