Spacious 2 bedroom unit with full kitchen, free washer & dryer, free parking, Wi-if and TV included. Located in Clarenville close to all amenities such as the hospital, Eastlink Events Center (stadium), White Hills ski resort, shopping, hiking and walking trails. We have a new hydropool! Built in 1914 for the pregnant widow of 1 of 3 men from Catalina lost in the Great Sealing Disaster, the front bedroom & kitchen feature original low beam ceilings. From the back, view the sun rise or colorful fishing boats pass by. Named Gold Mine Cove in 1583, the beach as you turn to the bnb is part of the Discovery UNESCO Global Geopark - "Fool's Gold" on one side & 560-million-year-old fossils on the other.

Spurrell’s Heritage Home is a 4 Star Canada Select Beachfront Vacation Home. Situated on the land his Great Grandmother Spurrell bought in 1930, owner Dustin Spurrell has recreated a vacation home that has been said to be the best kept secret around. The original house was torn down in 1968. In later years, a barn-shed was converted into a 1 bedroom cabin for Dustin's late Grandmother Sarah Spurrell. In 2010, Dustin opened Spurrell's Heritage Home as a tribute to his families past.
