Stay in the masterfully crafted Lemuel Chenoweth homestead along the rippling Tygart river. Built in 1857, this 2nd floor suite offers antiques furnishings, a private entrance, master bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and mud room. It has a queen bed, dresser, large porch with views of the river, a clawfoot tub with shower, sink, toilet, and a well stocked farmhouse kitchenette with a double induction cook top, sink , fridge and more. Adorable Cottage on the Buckhannon River

In the heart of West Virginia lies a beautiful cottage on the banks of the Buckhannon River. Far enough out to get away from it all but with all of the comforts of home. Unplug & reconnect, there is no landline, spotty cell phone service, no cable TV and no internet, but there is a gas fireplace indoors and a fire pit outside. The cottage offers a spacious “old timey” front porch within a few step of the river or just sit a spell with a good book. You will love this family friendly retreat.

Beautifully placed cabin in wild & wonderful West Virginia. Secluded in a field with wild life at every corner! This cabin was gutted and remodeled over the past four years.
