On a quiet and leafy street 250 m from the beach, Lyn and Ulf welcome you to our two-room studio with terrace. It is attached to the main house, but there are no common areas. Our cottage is a Scandanavian Style Chalet nestled in between native bushland and farmland. Really getaway from it all and kickback and enjoy one of Margaret River Regions fine bottles of wine by the fire or sit on the verandah and watch the Kangaroos and birdlife. Needing supplies? we are only a 10 min drive from Vasse centre which has Coles store, pharmacy, takeaway food and restaurants. Our local brewery the Beer Farm is just down the road as is many world class wineries and beaches.

Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN You have your own private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. The Bunkhouse is a beautifully renovated and modern 2 Bedroom cottage situated on peaceful 10 acres surrounded by grazing farmland. Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private. Enjoy a glass of wine while roasting marshmellows around the campfire and take in the amazing starry night sky which is unaffected by light pollution.
