It just near the main mahalaxmi temple and the main market of kolhapur.here are plenty of eating places near by and a rankala chowpati for street food.There is direct view of the serene lake with only one road in between the lake and the flat.The sunrise from the flat is amazing and its a quiet place to relax..The watchman cum caretaker stays on the ground .

The apartment is located on the last floor in one of the tallest buildings in the vicinity in the old Kolhapur times. Its been seldom used as a guest house by the family since its inauguration a few years back, since we, our relatives and friends enjoyed the property we decided to open it up to other travel enthusiasts who enjoy traveling and being pampered.There is a beautiful view from all its 3 large balconies and one of them has a swing .
