Situated just off the M1 we have superb transport links, and only 3miles to Loughborough and the University, and 20min from East Midlands Airport. Whole House recently decorated with our own quirky style, which makes for a real home from home feel. As hosts we will do all we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Just a short stroll from picturesque Bradgate deer park, country pubs & lovely coffee shops. Ideally located in the countryside but a short drive from both Loughborough, Leicester & M1 motorway.

A delightful 2 bed terrace cottage, with modern decor is situated in the market town of Shepshed. Ideally placed with supermarket's, take aways and restaurants within a 2 minute walk from the front door. The cottage is situated 1.5 miles off the M1. Loughborough town centre and Loughborough University are 2 - 3 miles away. Whilst Donington Race circuit and East Midlands airport are 15 minutes car or bus.

My place is just at the edge of Leicester City Centre, (around 3 miles) offering very good local/rural transport, fine dining & shopping. The Golden Mile is about 1.5 mile away, ideal for shopping trips, attending weddings or just visiting this area. Watermead Park, The Space Centre & outer shopping centres are all nearby too. There is a big supermarket nearby plus a community shopping centre within 5 minutes walk from my place, yet its quite & a very safe area.

Butter cottage has just benefitted from a full renovation to a very high standard. It’s located in the beautiful Charnwood Forest area, 0.1 miles from John’s House a Michelin star restaurant. Butter Cottage is an ideal base for exploring Loughborough, and Leicester Universities, Great Central Railway and the National Space Centre which are all close by.

The Fishing Lodge is a private 2 bedroom single story property, situated in the National Forest. You have beautiful views of the 1.2-acre lake, surrounded by 6 acres of outstanding grounds in its secluded private valley. Lady Hay Woods is a few steps away from your door. Bradgate Park is approximately 2 miles away if you drive, and a beautiful short walk if you walk cross country. Leicester City centre is 6 miles. Off road parking available outside the lodge.

This is an old chapel which was part of Leicester’s mental asylum ,it dates back to 1837 and has a lot of history and occasionally ghost hunts. The chapel has now been converted to a home and it’s stunning interior and amenities will make your stay an enjoyable one. I do live at this property in week and is my main home so personal items are around but I’m not there when property is let. Communal areas outside the property are in need of refurbishment which commences in March 2021.

We are a lovely family living in 4 bedroom house include 1 annex flat. It is fully separate with private entrance, its own door & key, a free car park space. Jubilee Park is behind of our house, good place to visit & walk. M1/M69 are 2/3 mins drive away. Within 5 min drive you will arrive Leicester Police Headquarter, Fosse Park, Carlton Park, Grove Park, Enderby Park & Ride and Next Head Office. An off license shop is just opposite & a restaurant at the corner. The neighbourhood is very quite.
