My place is just at the edge of Leicester City Centre, (around 3 miles) offering very good local/rural transport, fine dining & shopping. The Golden Mile is about 1.5 mile away, ideal for shopping trips, attending weddings or just visiting this area. Watermead Park, The Space Centre & outer shopping centres are all nearby too. There is a big supermarket nearby plus a community shopping centre within 5 minutes walk from my place, yet its quite & a very safe area.

This is an old chapel which was part of Leicester’s mental asylum ,it dates back to 1837 and has a lot of history and occasionally ghost hunts. The chapel has now been converted to a home and it’s stunning interior and amenities will make your stay an enjoyable one. I do live at this property in week and is my main home so personal items are around but I’m not there when property is let. Communal areas outside the property are in need of refurbishment which commences in March 2021.

Within 5 min drive you will arrive Leicester Police Headquarter, Fosse Park, Carlton Park, Grove Park, Enderby Park & Ride and Next Head Office. An off license shop is just opposite & a restaurant at the corner. The neighbourhood is very quite.
