Betty's Bothy (traditional Scottish small house)

The Bothy is a traditional stone built small house. It has been extensively renovated and tastefully furnished to an excellent standard. There is a recently installed fitted kitchen (Nov '21) equipped with hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There is a solid wood breakfast bar and double bedroom with en suite wet-room upstairs. The shower is powerful and there is constant hot water. The spacious living/TV area has underfloor heating to ensure the Bothy is warm and cosy all year round.

Secluded Ptarmigan Yurt

Now in its 5th season the Yurt is very popular. This year we have upgraded the flooring from carpet to wood with lovely rugs. We have also changed the curtains and bedding and added a few extras for our guests comfort. The Yurt has a kingsize bed, a kitchenette and a seating area. March, April May and September October we lay the fire ready for our guests to light on arrival as this is the only form of heating The Yurt has an ensuite bathroom with shower, hot water and electricity.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It is set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks straight from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the bothy has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons this may not be the place for you!

The WEE Cottage is a traditional stone cottage for two in the centre of our lovely, bustling village of Drumnadrochit. With Restaurants & shops nearby, private off road parking and wifi available and a small enclosed grassed area, this comfortable cottage, made cosy with its wood burning stove (& full central heating) and with a recently ungraded fitted kitchen (July 2021) is an ideal base to explore Loch Ness and the wider area.
