Set in the garden of a family home, you have complete privacy in your own cabin with secure off-street parking, your own entrance, a super-king size bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The Cabin is located within walking distance of two local wedding venues, 5 minutes from Colshaw Hall and less than 20 minutes walk from Merrydale Manor. It is also a 25 minute walk or a 5 minute drive from Barclays at Radbroke Hall.

Your space consists of a privately accessed ground floor suite consisting of a hallway double bedroom bathroom and kitchen and off road parking. Tea, coffee, milk, juice and breakfast provisions are provided. Close to the Cheshire Showground, Arley Hall Tatton and Dunham Estates, we are ideally placed for all Cheshires attractions and delightful Knutsford is close by for shopping and dining. The space is fully self contained and private although part of our cottage where we also live.

This delightful “Guest Studio” is situated just a short 3 minute stroll from the centre of Lymm village, where you will find good restaurants, pubs & bars. The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.

The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.
