We are going to meet by the Forestarìa farm on the northen hills of Lucca. We will start the cooking class with a glass of local wine :-) In the kitchen of our farmhouse, we will cook together authentic&traditional tuscan recepies. Later, you will enjoy the dinner in our garden with a beautiful sunset! Other things to note Our cooking class is an experience that combines traditional&authentic recepies, organic vegetables&fruits from our garden and lot of smiles&laughs...under the magical tuscan sun!

For first we will go for a short walk toghether to let ours guests admire the landscape and understand a little bit more about our area. than, In the panoramic room offering sweeping views of the surrounding area, we organise tastings of our wines and our olive oil. This experience allows you to taste the products, but also to discover the history and tradition of our local wines and olive oil, through an in-depth explanation of the region, as well as the various phases of production. During the tasting, we will try to help you understand how we work and share the history of our farm. Other things to note: Stay healty is in this moment the most important thing, be sure that we will do our best to sanify all area , please communicate intolerances and vegetarian people when the reservation is made we do prepare all food appositly for your group. We don't provide any kind of transport. To reach the farm the best option is by car, taxi or driver. For the bravest it's possible by bike.

We will discover Lucca through the five senses, by walking along the main attractions of the town: the ring walls, the Cathedral, the Amphitheatre square and many other places, but we will also stroll through hidden corners and less touristy medieval alleys. In this way we will let people enjoy both, the must-see and the unknown side of town. Our adventure will be experienced through the sense of sight, by admiring the outstanding architecture, the gorgeous nature and the energetic lifestyle of Lucca and through the sense of sound, by getting to know the interesting history of the town, the elegant art and the deep tradition of music with its important musicians who were born here. Our walk will continue by using the other three senses of taste, smell and touch: we are going to stop in a few local shops savouring our food specialties and traditional gastronomy. Cycling is the most sustainable way to discover Lucca and to reach hidden corners off the beaten path. This tour will be a real adventure because it will let people really get to know the town. We will ride on the top of the walls, we will learn about the history of their construction, the green side of this amazing little city and we will enter then into secret passages and places which are usually unknown to visitors. In addition to that, the tour will explore the historic centre by reaching the less touristy districts so essential to grasp the real Lucca. The highlight of the trip will come when we rest at our favourite delicious local food stops. Every product respects the territory and the gastronomy culture which is very important in Tuscany. Don’t’ miss this experience because we will explain the town through its history, art, nature, food by keeping ourselves fit and respecting the environment. In colder months our tour will be run in the morning for better light and temperature reasons and we will replace the gelato with a coffee and cake. Depending on the time of year, you may even see our creation process in action! Afterwards, the real fun begins:D Guests will be accommodated on the terrace where they can taste our wines and olive oil (all included in the cost of the experience). Throughout your tasting, we will explain the organoleptic characteristics of the various wines and answer any questions you may have. The duration of the entire experience is around 1.5 hours. Viaggio da Lucca a Pisa alla scoperta di Castelli , panorami e tracce della presenza Romana fino alla torre piu' famosa al mondo.Dopo aver noleggiato la bici (NON COMPRESA NEL COSTO DELL'ESCURSIONE) partiamo da porta S.Maria a Lucca e attraverso piste ciclabili e campagna arriviamo al castello di Nozzano ,di cui si hanno notizie sin dal IX secolo, eretto per difendersi dalla attacco dei rivali Pisani. Dopo circa 7km e fatta una leggera salita possiamo godere del panorama del lago di Massaciuccoli con lo sfondo del mar Tirreno. In fondo alla discesa ci fermiamo alla “Massaciuccoli romana” che si divide in due complessi principali: in alto sulla collina i resti monumentali della villa dell'otium con le terme; in basso coperto da strutture in vetro i resti della “Villa” .Dopo che ci siamo ristorati ci avviamo verso il clou dell'escursione ,la torre di Pisa e la Piazza dei Miracoli. A mano a mano che ci avviciniamo la vediamo in distanza ma soltanto quando varchiamo Porta Nuova sul lato ovest possiamo godere della vista della Cattedrale, il Battistero, il Campo Santo e la Torre. Fatte le foto di rito e dopo aver pedalato per 30 km il nostro tour in bicicletta e' finito. Per tornare a Lucca prendiamo il Treno (BIGLIETTO NON COMPRESO NEL COSTO DELL'ESCURSIONE) o in 1 ora torniamo a Lucca in bicicletta (25 KM).

You will be involved in a hands-on lesson. Cooking with me you will create your special tuscan meal. We'll prepare a complete menu including appetizers, home made pasta, main course, side dish and dessert. We will cook together in my typical Tuscan house, however the location may change. The alternatives may be some local farms that produce wine and olive oil in our land. In any case I will communicate you any change! Cucineremo un menu completo, che includerà antipasti, pasta fatta in casa, portata principale, contorno e dolce. Le lezioni si terranno a casa mia, molto tipica della zona. Tuttavia, la location potrebbe cambiare. Le alternative sarebbero alcune aziende agricole locali che producono vino e olio nei nostri territori. In ogni caso vi comunicherò personalmente qualsiasi cambiamento!

Join us for the best easy-going walk through the beautiful historic centre of Lucca. In our pre-dinner time we usually go out for our "Aperitivo" that is essential to appreciate the town, this is when we can relax, meet old and new friends, drink a good glass of wine and absolutely take a bite of our traditional food.
