This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an open loft with two queen beds. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but we charge a 20 fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

Horse Farm Haven is a studio apartment with a beautiful view of the Monroe and Cove mountains as it overlooks J Family Equine's horse facilities and the beautiful Monrovian countryside. There is a gorgeous back porch where you can sit and listen to the farm animals and enjoy the peaceful feel of the country. You can have a meet-and-greet with the horses if you would like to schedule that. There are also local hot springs less than 10 minutes down the road! Dogs are welcome, but no cats.

La Casita on Main

La Casita was originally built as a barber shop in Monroe many years ago. As you will see in the pictures the original light used by the barber over the bed. Located in close proximity to our local hot pots, ATV trails, hiking, fishing, and Utah’s National and State Parks. The home is a nice comfy place to lay your head at night and explore the world during the day. Small private backyard to view the stars at night and the quiet peaceful feel of rural Utah.

K & M Country Homestead

Our apartment is in the basement of our home it is newly finished and very clean. Interstate-70 is only 6 miles from the apartment and so is very accessible to travelers passing through. The location is great as it is within 2 hours to Salt Lake City, also it is a short drive to Fish Lake and a central location to visit Utah's National Parks.The Sevier Valley Center and Snow College Richfield campus is within 7 miles from our place.
